As the sun goes down over the Thames in Windsor, we'll gather by the river and connect, re-energise and dig into our inner bravery. I'll lead a guided meditation, and my own breathwork to music, we'll share in some reiki, and together discuss the power of facing our fears and how we can live our biggest, boldest lives.
Numbers are limited so that I can keep this as personal and intimate as possible, so do book early to avoid disappointment.
