Nourishing and finding ways to strengthen your mind are at the heart of everything we do at Ten Times Braver.

Our minds are our very existence, they provide the lense through which we see everything. If we never change anything else in our lives, other than our minds, then our lived existence becomes entirely different. Isn’t it wild?

I admit, I have something of an obsession with fine tuning this mental and creative centre of ours. I think of it as making our minds into ninja warriors. My fascination with all the ways in which we can explore and improve our inner workings deepened when I stopped drinking alcohol almost a decade ago, and found meditation as an alternative, and much more effective way of dealing with my anxiety. While I would dearly love to find the time to go on a silent retreat, or try an ashram in India, my reality is that I have to find simple, proven and time-efficient ways to tap into that inner well of calm, clarity and resilience, in the middle of my busy life.

Although we won’t hesitate to spend money on looking good, or spend time working out, nurturing your mind is still seen as something of a self-indulgence in today’s fast-paced world. Yet, we know that mental well-being fuels our overall health, creativity, and resilience.
